Industrial Custom Products (ICP) was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. ICP originated in 1955 as Industrial Gasket Company, a precision die cutter of industrial gaskets. Throughout the last 70 years, we have added multiple processes and transformed into a market leader in custom manufacturing, die cutting, thermoforming & vacuum forming, cnc plastics routing, plastic fabrication, and drape forming. Our vision is to be the most efficient producer of high-quality parts and products in the United States.
ICP relocated to its current St. Anthony location in 1997. Soon after, ICP obtained its ISO 9001:2008 certification, and then in 2006, ICP began its unprecedented eight-year run of “Award of Excellence” achievements from Polaris Industries. During the recession period, ICP continued to grow, diversifying its portfolio and investing in two state-of-the-art die cutting machines. ICP advanced their capabilities with new material-cutting technology and dieless knife cutting equipment in 2013. ICP was then sold to two tenured employees—Chad Simonson and Ray Stacherski—in 2015. And in 2018, ICP upgraded to ISO 9001:2015, demonstrating its customer focus and high quality standards across the organization.
