Typically, no, but it depends on the level of development.

If you have technical drawings or defined specifications, we can review your project to determine if we're a good fit for production. If you are still in the concept stage, we recommend a design partner before moving into production discussions.

ICP is structured to help with design recommendations but not full on design. 

No. We specialize in thermoforming, vacuum forming, and fabrication.

That said, some parts currently produced via injection molding can be redesigned for thermoforming to improve lead times and save on tooling cost. If thermoforming is not the right fit, we can help point you toward a qualified partner.

3D printing is sometimes used for early-stage prototyping, but it is not a production process within ICP.

Material selection depends on application requirements. Our team will help you select the correct material for your part or component.

Only for assemblies. We do not fabricate parts from metal. Our specialty is in plastic and flexible materials. 

No. We source materials for manufacturing finished components but do not sell plastic sheets or raw materials.

We support low-to-mid volume production as well as scalable programs for higher-volume OEMs.

The appropriate manufacturing method depends on design, material choice, and projected annual volume. During initial discussions, we evaluate expected demand and align the production strategy accordingly.
